An infrared heater is a body with a higher temperature which transfers energy to a body with a lower temperature through electromagnetic radiation. Depending on the temperature of the emitting body, the wavelength of the infrared radiation ranges from 780 nm to 1 mm. The relationship between temperature and wavelength is expressed by the Wien's displacement law. No contact or medium between the two bodies is needed for the energy transfer. Infrared heaters can be operated in vacuum or atmosphere.
One classification of infrared heaters is by the wavelength bands of infrared emission.Short wave or near infrared for the range from 780 nm to 1,400 nm, these emitters are also named bright because still some visible light is emitted;Medium infrared for the range between 1,400 nm and 3,000 nm;Far infrared or dark emitters for everything above 3,000 nm.

1. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
2. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
3. Do not use the same socket together with other appliances, in case of current overload. Make sure the plug and socket good contact.
4. Please pull plugs out when the power is off. Be careful, do not pull wires by hand.
5. Please stop power immediately once the heaters fail or wires are broken.
6. Radiant heater can not be placed directly below the power outlet.
7. Radiant heater surface temperature is high and must be installed higher than 1.8 meters above ground.
8. Radiant heater surface cannot be covered and can not hang objects on equipment.
9. The distance between the back of the radiant heater and the roof should be larger than 150mm. objects within 1000mm distance in front of the heater, the side should be kept at least 200mm away from the surrounding space.
10. Must cut off power and wait till the equipment surface cools before cleaning, flushed by water is prohibited.
11. Users can not repair the radiant heater, if equipment fails and needs maintenance, please contact an electrical repairman. Purchase the required parts from your dealer or us.
12. Do not install and use radiant heaters on areas that are flammable, explosive, or easy to shock.
13. Please do not insert any metal or foreign objects inside of radiant heater, to avoid accidents or personal injury.
14. Radiant heater panel surface with high temperature, prohibit touch, beware of scalding accident.
